Her specialty is the extra oomph required to cut through the noise of 21st-century communications.
Sierra has worked extensively in consulting helping major corporations, industry associations, high-profile Canadians and charitable organizations with their government & media relations efforts. She also has public sector experience, having previously worked for the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada on a major government change management initiative and with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on improving the user experience of program applications. Sierra has significant experience with event planning and management – she has planned events, big and small, for Fortune 500 companies and major industry associations with great success.
Born and raised in Toronto, Sierra holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (Hons.) with High Distinction from Carleton University, where she specialized in Strategic Public Opinion and Policy Analysis.
