About the Recipe
Senior Associate, the Honourable Joe Jordan finds this chocolate nut cluster recipe easy to make.
1 – 500 gram packet of peanuts. (Other nuts can be used)
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp. of creamy peanut butter
1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until chocolate is melted.
3. Add peanuts to chocolate mixture, stirring until nuts are completely covered. Drop chocolate covered nuts by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet in clusters. Let cool completely. Refrigerate chocolate nut clusters until ready to serve.
